Seeking Qualified Contractors

The Jefferson County Water and Sewer District has constructed a new Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collections System in the Village of Amsterdam Ohio and surrounding area of Carroll County. The Village and its residents are seeking qualified contractors to install the lateral connections to approximately 300 homes.
