NUCA of Oklahoma Selects New Executive Director
NUCA of Oklahoma President Ben Arthur announced that the chapter has selected a new Executive Director: Drew Dugan.
“Drew brings a wealth of experience in association leadership, government relations, and workforce development,” Arthur wrote in the chapter’s newsletter. “His career has been defined by building strong coalitions, advancing meaningful initiatives, and strengthening connections between industry, education, and public policy. His leadership background — particularly his work with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber — positions him to effectively advocate for our members and continue advancing the utility construction industry across Oklahoma.
“Throughout the interview process, Drew stood out as a well-rounded leader with a proven ability to execute, collaborate, and deliver results. We are confident that his vision and experience will bring significant value to our membership and the future of our organization.”
Dugan’s official first day as NUCA of Oklahoma Executive Director is April 15.
