Foundation Software, developer of FOUNDATION for Windows construction accounting, project management and scheduling software, is growing at a rapid rate and has recently left its headquarters in Brunswick, Ohio, and moved into a bigger, state-of-the-art corporate campus in Strongsville, Ohio, on April 1.

Fred Ode, CEO and Chairman of Foundation Software, is confident that this move will open many doors for the company. “We’ve been very fortunate to be a part of two great communities in Northeast Ohio, and we’re so proud to be a part of the area,” he said. “We’re heading back to Strongsville because this new building is the perfect solution for where we are today and where we’re going.” This 48,600-sq ft, state-of-the-art building was purposely built for a software company and is the campus that Ode has always envisioned for his company.

Foundation Software’s recent and exponential growth is no accident. Since 1985, Foundation Software has been dedicated to giving contractors the tools they need to better run their back offices. As well as offering their flagship, award-winning accounting software, the company also offers a payroll service just for construction called Payroll4Construction.com, the app “FOUNDATION mobile” and a recently launched a new service, Bookkeeping4Construction, to give contractors even more options and solutions.

Along with more products, Foundation Software has also experienced remarkable growth in its staff, clients and revenue. In fact, in 2011 and 2012, the company had two record-breaking years back-to-back. “We’re doing something right,” Ode said, “This current rate of growth and the move to this new building will ensure that we maintain or even increase our momentum. We’re moving in the right direction, and it’s exciting to have so many opportunities ahead of us.”
