Keynote Speakers

Amelia Rose EarhartAmelia Rose Earhart
Named by the Jaycees as one of the “Top 10 Young Americans,” Amelia Rose Earhart recreated and symbolically completed the 1937 flight of her namesake, Amelia Mary Earhart. Her 28,000-mile flight around the world in a single engine aircraft became a symbol of determination, courage and empowerment for anyone who has ever decided to seek new horizons. As a keynote speaker, Earhart will share how to find your “True North,” challenge you to discover your identity and passion and encourage you to set specific goals and follow through. Earhart is the president of the Fly with Amelia Foundation, a non-profit providing flight training scholarships to young women across America. She can be seen each morning on Denver’s NBC affiliate, KUSA-TV, reporting on breaking news and traffic. Earhart also produces and reports on her own series called STEM Superstars where she features schools, teachers and students who use science, technology, engineering and math in unique and creative ways to build students’ interest in careers in science and tech.

First Sergeant Matt Eversmann (Ret.)First Sergeant Matt Eversmann (Ret.)
Matt Eversmann is a testament to the true nature of war and heroism. He was immortalized in the epic film “Black Hawk Down,” which tells the heroic account of a group of elite U.S. soldiers sent into Mogadishu, Somalia, in 1993 as part of a UN peacekeeping operation. Young Rangers and veteran Delta Force soldiers fight side by side, outnumbered and surrounded, for 18 hours in the most hostile district of Mogadishu until a rescue convoy could be mounted to retrieve them. As a part of that mission, both as a survivor and a hero, Eversmann brings to life the horrors of his experience, what he took from it and humanizes the creed by which he lived: “Never shall I fail my comrades … RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!” Eversmann has lectured on his experience in Somalia all over the world. He has appeared before audiences at Ford, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Goldman Sachs, Merck, RAND, USA Today and more.

Team BuildingTeam Building

Escape Room: Jewel Heist
In this team-building experience, jewel thieves have stolen a collection of precious gemstones and police have reason to believe they hid them somewhere in the room where each team is located. Can teams outsmart the thieves, crack their codes and find the jewels before they return? Escape Room: Jewel Heist takes the “escape room” concept and adapts it for employees in any office, meeting or venue space. The activity encourages teams to work together, communicate, problem solve and use their creative thinking skills. Participants are challenged to solve a series of riddles, codes and brainteasers using interactive objects and items they find in the room. In order to escape, each team will need to solve the puzzles and find all the stolen jewels before time runs out.
