The two-day professional development program, Essential Skills for Crew Leaders (a.k.a Crew Leader Training), will train new and experienced jobsite foremen, project managers and supervisors on how to be better communicators, team builders, problems solvers and decision makers. The program also covers: maintaining a safe work environment; ensuring everyone on site is following company safety programs and federal and state regulatory requirements; effectively planning and controlling project costs to get a job done productively, on schedule and on budget; and using new technologies critical for field operations and leadership.
