CGA Exec to Speak at NUCA Convention
CGA’s Sarah Magruder Lyle will discuss the status of CGA best practices under development that are of particular interest to NUCA members.
In her invaluable presentation at NUCA‘s 2020 Annual Convention & Exhibit, “The Data Behind Damage Prevention,” Sarah Magruder Lyle, President and CEO of the Common Ground Alliance (CGA), will provide an overview of CGA’s programs, initiatives, and the future of damage prevention on Friday, Feb. 28.
Magruder Lyle will discuss the status of CGA best practices under development that are of particular interest to NUCA members, such as proposals that address locating private facilities, issues related to the excavation tolerance zone, and abandoned facilities. In addition, she will discuss the critical role that data plays in developing targeted educational programs, fostering stakeholder engagement that is focused on reducing damages to underground infrastructure and minimizing costly downtime.
