NUCA/PAC 2024 Congressional Endorsements
The National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) announced its latest U.S. House and Senate candidate endorsements.
“This is the time for Congress to show bold leadership,” said NUCA CEO Doug Carlson. “Our support of these candidates reflects our confidence that these proven and future leaders are the ones who most strongly support this nation’s infrastructure and its future. We have much work ahead of us in the years to come and rebuild storm-damaged water and wastewater infrastructure, upgrade thousands of obsolete water systems, expand and modernize American broadband and energy infrastructure, and contribute to expanding clean water, good health, and economic prosperity to millions of Americans. These are the men and women whose leadership can help our industry achieve these worthy goals for the American people.”
The National Utility Contractors Association’s Legislative and Information Political Action Committee (NUCA/PAC) is the only registered federal political action fund managed exclusively by and for U.S. utility and excavation contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers. NUCA/PAC supports federal Congressional candidates that support and further the American utility construction industry.

A resilient and strong infrastructure is needed in every Colorado community, and I support our utility construction businesses and their employees having the necessary resources made available to them to help deliver these basic services to everyone in the district,” said state Rep. Gabe Evans (R-48), running for Congress in Colorado’s 8th Congressional district and who earned the support of NUCA/PAC and the NUCA state chapter.

According to the most recent USDOL economic census, the U.S. utility construction industry performs annually over $152 billion in construction work across the nation.
Since 1976 NUCA/PAC has been a leading American construction industry PAC because of the industry’s loyal and dedicated family of supporters. NUCA/PAC’s sole purpose is to provide financial support to federal Congressional candidates who actively support our nation’s utility construction and excavation industry. In this election cycle, 47 Congressional candidates have so far earned this industry’s proud support. NUCA/PAC will continue to announce more endorsements as November 5 approaches.
