Registration Open for NUCA Safety Directors Forum
The National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) has announced that the registration is open for its annual fall Safety Directors Forum. The event will be held Nov. 7-8 at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Tentative topics include: What Are Your Students Getting From Training?; Confined Space from the Fire Department Perspective; Trench Rescue From the Fire Department Perspective; Kick Backs with Hand Held Saws; Fall Protection for Underground Construction; Beryllium and Benzene Exposure; Damage Prevention and Cross Bores; Hazard Communication; and OSHA Update — such as Silica, Beryllium, Cranes, Trenching, Confined Space.
NUCA’s two-day Safety Directors Forum offers the unique opportunity for safety management to network with other utility construction safety managers from across the country. Safety experts will present open-forum discussions on the most important and relevant safety information members need.
