Cemen Tech CD2 Volumetric Mixer Named 2024 Concrete Contractor Top Product

Cemen Tech announced that its latest fully automated volumetric concrete mixer, the CD2, has been nationally recognized as a 2024 Concrete Contractor Top Products award winner. Released in January of this year, next generation CD2 is the most advanced machine of its kind on the market today, featuring a unique split bin with separate compartments to transport and blend countless materials, including fly ash or other dry additives.

“Cemen Tech is honored to be named on this prestigious list of the industry’s best and most innovative products,” said Connor Deering, CEO and President of Cemen Tech. “The CD2 delivers cutting-edge volumetric technology with the flexibility, accuracy and efficiency contractors want and need to succeed—whether pouring 10 yards or 1,000 yards on the job site. It’s just one example of how Cemen Tech continues to raise the bar on what’s possible for our customers.”

“The innovations being made in the concrete construction industry are second-to-none,” said Jonathan Kozlowski, editor of Concrete Contractor. “Nowhere else would you be able to find such creative ideas solving the problems modern contractors face daily. I’m proud to announce the winning products in this year’s Top Products program.”

The latest in Cemen Tech’s line of computerized volumetric concrete solutions, the CD2 ensures precision measuring, mixing and dispensing of concrete from a single unit. Each ingredient – sand, stone, cement powder, fly ash, water and additives – is stored in separate compartments and mixed precisely in real-time, on-site. The unit can be programmed to save hundreds of mix designs, which can then be selected and started with the touch of a button by a single operator for fresh concrete every time.
