FAYAT, MECALAC Agree to Acquisition

The FAYAT and MECALAC Groups have signed an agreement for the acquisition of the MECALAC Group by the FAYAT Group, MECALAC announced on March 3.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2025.

In the meantime, the MECALAC Group continues to operate as usual, and remains committed to supporting its customers and partners around the world.

Once the transaction is finalized, both groups will work to ensure a seamless transition and make this acquisition a complete success.
