NUCA of Ohio Welcomes New Staff

NUCA of Ohio is entering a new chapter of leadership, with Meghan Squires stepping into the role of Executive Director and Alyscia Sutch serving as Executive Operations Director. Together, they bring more than 20 years of combined industry experience and have worked collaboratively in association management since 2021.

Squires previously served as NUCA of Ohio’s Executive Director from 2019 to 2022 and has remained actively involved with the chapter and NUCA National through board leadership roles.

Looking ahead, the team is focused on strengthening member engagement, expanding chapter communications and growing key committees, including Damage Prevention, Safety, Chapter Development and Fulfillment, and Government Relations. The chapter is also developing a safety recognition program as part of a broader safety initiative.

NUCA of Ohio extends its sincere thanks to outgoing Executive Director Tracy Smith for her leadership, dedication and contributions to the chapter.

The chapter is excited for what’s ahead and looks forward to continuing to serve, connect and advocate for Ohio’s underground utility construction industry.
