Oldcastle Infrastructure Acquires Hancock Concrete
Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, announced March 15 that it has acquired Hancock Concrete Products LLC from Superior Industries. Hancock Concrete is a manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products in the United States upper Midwest.
