SANY at CONEXPO: New backhoe loader, a bold new warranty and several other lineup updates

SANY, a global leader in the manufacture of excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, road machinery, hoisting equipment, concrete machines, pile-driving machinery and a ton more, had several new product launches at CONEXPO 2017. Let’s take a look.

Bold new warranty

Beginning March 1, 2017, all SANY excavators, motor graders and wheel loaders will carry a 5 year, 5,000-hour warranty. This unprecedented guarantee is, by far, the best in the industry. It will give new customers the assurance they need to try a SANY for the first time.

Motor Grader

The SMG200C-8 has been designed with many exciting new features. The cab has been completely redesigned. It has a hexagonal shape to provide a better field of view. The controls are now joystick operated making blade control more intuitive. The interior was ergonomically engineered for operator comfort. The SMG200C-8 is powered by a tier 4F Cummins engine that delivers 250 hp. The machine weighs 44,092 lb and has an overall length of 30 ft. 2 in. This motor grader comes standard with a 14 ft. blade.

Backhoe Loader

SANY backhoe loader

The new BL70C is the first Backhoe Loader ever offered by SANY America. The SANY BL70C tier 4F backhoe loader is precision engineered to maximize performance, fuel economy and machine uptime to provide the best value for the end user. This machine is easy to transport and powerful enough for any application. The SANY backhoe loader utilizes Deutz, ZF and Rexroth components for all major systems. It has an electronically controlled power shift ZF transmission to provide uninterrupted power flow. The BL70C is equipped with a load sensing Rexroth hydraulic system and a turbocharged Deutz engine. The new SANY backhoe loader weighs in at 16,865 lb. The loader bucket has a capacity of 1.3 cubic yards and a dump clearance of 12 ft. The digging arm has a maximum reach of 18 ft. 7 in., and it can dig to a depth of 14 ft. 3 in.
