Blood Hound LLC has entered into a partnership with Utility Specialists Inc., the leader in private utility locating in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Headquartered near Greenville, South Carolina, Utility Specialists Inc. (USI) was established in 1998 by Ruth and Mike Taylor. Since then, USI has provided exceptional utility protection and locating services for clients located in the Southeast regions of the United States.
