Petticoat-Schmitt Completes 560 Homesite Project in St. Augustine

Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors (Petticoat-Schmitt), a construction firm specializing in water resources, public works, and site development projects has completed Phase I of Silver Leaf Parcel 22A for Lennar. Silverleaf, located in St. Augustine, Florida, will be one of the largest master planned community developments in northeast Florida when completed. Strategically located to take advantage of the Interstate 95 corridor and offering exceptional amenities, the economic impact to the community will fuel additional growth in the region.

Petticoat-Schmitt’s work for the developer includes all site work, roadway, and infrastructure to support 560 multifamily and single-family home sites in the community, as well as a lift station to service new residents. With the completion of Phase I, Petticoat-Schmitt is currently working on Phases 2 and 3 of the project. “Silverleaf is a major driver of development in St. Augustine,” said Petticoat-Schmitt project manager Jenna Cutrone. “Helping to bring this newest master-planned development to life strengthens our economy, provides much needed housing options, and showcases Petticoat-Schmitt’s commitment to building life-changing infrastructure and community.”
