UESI Pipelines Conference Set for Detroit

The American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI) is bringing its 2026 Pipelines Conference to Detroit, Michigan, Aug. 1-5. The 2026 conference will dive into the newest insights, innovations and trends that are shaping the pipeline engineering field.

The Pipelines Conference serves as a key component of UESI’s vision. UESI aims to be the worldwide leader in generating products and services that promote and reward excellence in engineering, planning, design, construction, operations and asset management. These areas specifically concern utility infrastructure and engineering surveying.

The Pipelines 2026 Conference serves as a premier forum for pipeline engineers and practitioners from all around the world. Attendees share their experiences and gain valuable knowledge related to planning, designing, constructing, renewing, operating, managing and maintaining pipeline assets.

Helping guide the planning of the show is a group of volunteers co-chaired by Michelle Macauley, P.E., M.ASCE, Project Manager, Macauley Expert Services. Jody Caldwell, P.E., MSCE, Chief Planning Officer, Great Lakes Water Authority, is also a co-chair.
