Hi-Vac
The X-Vac X8 hydro excavator is ideal for those applications that require increased payload and weight-bearing capacity. Featuring a legally loaded 8-cu-yd debris body, the tag axle X-8 will make overweight tickets a problem of the past. The X-8 features an 8-in. high-capacity vacuum system, an optional 4,000-cfm and 27-in. Hg vacuum blower and a triplex water pump that works at 10 gpm at 2,500 psi. Ring-O-Matic
Ring-O-Matic has introduced a PTO-driven version of its 850VLX/VX. The 850VLX/VX is a high-pressure vacuum-excavator designed to make short work of tough jobs such as potholing, keyholing, slot trenching and more. Operating capabilities of Ring-O-Matic’s PTO-driven hydro-excavator are the same as an 850VLX/VX vac-ex with a dedicated powerpack. Brian Metcalf, Ring-O-Matic CEO, said: “The advantage is the efficiency gained from utilizing a single powerplant of an appropriately-sized carrier.
