24th UESI/BAMI-I Utility Investigation School (UIS)
UESI/BAMI-I Utility Investigation School organizers are excited to announce that they =have teamed up with Kiewit to conduct the 24th ASCE UESI/BAMI-I UIS School from Dec. 9-13, 2024 at Kiewit’s headquarters campus in Denver, CO. This marks the fifth UIS event in Denver and the second collaboration with Kiewit. Organizers are grateful to Kiewit for generously providing classroom and on-site demonstration facilities. This partnership underscores the school’s commitment to expanding educational boundaries and enhancing practical knowledge in utility engineering and surveying
Topics include:
- ASCE 38-22: Utility Investigation and Documentation Standard
- ASCE 75-22: Utility “As-Builting” and Utility Record Drawing Standard
- ASCE Subsurface Utility Engineering for Municipalities: Scope of Work and Pre-Qual Criteria
- EJCDC Contract Documents
This UIS school has been designed for:
- Engineers and surveyors and project managers providing deliverables that include results and depictions of utility investigations.
- Consulting engineers, Employees of utility companies, state DOTs and local highway agencies, regulatory agencies, local governments, etc.
- Design engineers for infrastructure projects with significant expected utility congestion
Students can earn 16 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).
