Ditch Witch Showcases HX30 Vacuum Excavator at ARA Show
Rental demand for compact vacuum excavators continues to grow as global renters seek non-traditional and versatile machines for a variety of small-scale cleanup, potholing and landscaping jobs. Ditch Witch, a Charles Machine Works Company, showcased the HX30 vacuum excavator Feb. 18-20 at The ARA Show in Anaheim, California, (Booth 4501) for rental companies who are looking to add a low-maintenance vacuum offering to their fleet.
Vacuum excavators are used by renters globally for construction site cleanup, residential yard cleanup, drilling fluid removal on compact, urban jobsites and potholing on utility installation projects.
The powerful, yet compact Ditch Witch HX30 vacuum excavator features a 24.8-hp (18.5-Kw) Kubota diesel engine for advanced performance and productivity. With cutting-edge, sound-reducing technology, the HX30 is also a great option in noise-sensitive areas, such as residential and urban sites. Equipped with a low-maintenance design, the HX30 is a strong addition to any rental fleet, improving uptime for renters and return on investment for rental companies.
“Rental owners continue to look for versatile, low-maintenance equipment with a high ROI to add to their yards,” said Chapman Hancock, Ditch Witch product manager, vacuum excavators. “From vacuum excavation to trenching, we offer construction-grade rental solutions with the support of our worldwide dealer network to help these folks boost their bottom line and help renters increase uptime.”
In addition to the HX30 vacuum excavator, the full line-up of Ditch Witch mini skid steers and the Ditch Witch CX30 walk-behind trencher were on display. In continued support and commitment to the ARA, the Ditch Witch organization again sponsored the keynote session, featuring Shark Tank fan favorite Kevin O’Leary. Tags: Ditch Witch, Vacuum Excavation
