Holland Pump Announces Acquisition of Alpha Pump & Equipment
Holland Pump Co., a leading independent specialty pump rental and dewatering solutions provider, announced on Oct. 17 that it has acquired Alpha Pump & Equipment Inc., based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The acquisition provides Holland Pump with enhanced product and engineering capabilities to service industrial facilities and expands its footprint in the greater Gulf Coast region.
Superior customer service and engineering capabilities that enable its customers to finish dewatering and pumping projects faster have always been at the core of the Holland Pump promise for its clients in the construction, municipal and agriculture sectors. The complementary addition of Alpha Pump and its experience in the industrial pumping market, will further expand the engineering and service capabilities of Holland Pump, specifically in the petrochemical, environmental, mining and marine sectors.
