Michels Promotes Mueller, Smith to Top Spots in HDD Operations

Michels announced the promotions of Jeff Mueller and Matt Smith. Mueller has been promoted to Vice President of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations and Smith has been promoted to General Manager of Contracts and Business Administration for HDD operations.
